Cancellations & Modifications
We operate on a pre-sale basis and print products accordingly. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email before shipment. You can edit your order at any time before shipment. We cannot accept cancellations or modifications after product shipment.
Returns
Because we operate on a pre-sale basis and products are made to order, we do not accept returns.
Print Errors & Quality Issues
If there is a print error or quality issue with any physical merchandise you receive, please reach out to us via our contact form or directly at metapotatopress@gmail.com within two weeks of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the product defect(s) on a flat, well-lit surface. We will work with you to figure out a solution!
Digital Products (PDFs)
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for digital products, which are delivered immediately upon checkout. Thank you for understanding.
International Orders
VAT, customs charges, etc.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. You are responsible for all fees imposed on your package.
